Cleaning your carpets

To achieve the best possible results we use the following steps.

• Before we arrive at your property to clean your carpets we would appreciate it if you could remove all smaller items of furniture from the room/s that are to be cleaned. We will move larger items of furniture; any immovable items can be worked around. We do not move televisions or any other electrical items.
• When the room is clear of all furnishings we vacuum the area/s to be cleaned, this removes all loose soiling enabling a more thorough clean. 
• Next we will treat any difficult/stubborn stains with the appropriate chemical. Now we will apply a cleaning pre-spray which is then agitated, by doing this it will suspend the dirt and pollutants in the carpet fibres ready for cleaning.
• We then use a Hot Water Extraction machine to thoroughly clean and rinse your carpet. The extraction machine will ensure a residue free rinse and help to prevent re-soiling.
• At this stage, if required, a stain protector will be applied.
• A carpet rake is now used to realign the carpet pile and a powerful air mover will be used to ensure your carpets are dry in the shortest period of time.
• The final stage, if required, we will replace your furniture by placing either polystyrene blocks or foil protectors under the legs of the furniture. The reason for this is that, moisture in the freshly cleaned carpet can leach out colour stain from the furniture leaving a very difficult stain to remove. The polystyrene blocks/foil protectors can be removed once the carpet is fully dry.
